How minutes work
Only listening counts
Minutes run while Mingle is listening and translating. Paused or idle time doesn’t count.
Fresh minutes every billing cycle
Your minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused minutes don’t roll over.
Upgrading keeps your minutes
You pay the new plan’s price for a fresh period, and your unused minutes come with you until it ends.

Pricing questions
Do unused minutes roll over to the next month?
No. Monthly translation minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Choose a plan that matches your typical monthly usage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page at any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the current paid period — no surprise charges after that.
What counts as a translation minute?
A minute is one minute of active live translation time while Mingle is listening and translating during a session. Paused or idle time does not count.
Do you offer team or volume plans?
Yes. Business and Business Plus include higher monthly minute caps and guest invites. Enterprise covers SSO, custom volume, priority support, and deployment options — email hello@mingle.fit.
What is your refund policy?
Paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. If something went wrong with a charge, contact support@mingle.fit and we will review it promptly.
