These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiveTranslate (the "Service"), including our website, applications, and related features. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LiveTranslate provides real-time voice translation and related tools. Features, limits, and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, scraping or overloading systems, infringing others' rights, or using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes. We may investigate and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans, billing cycles, and taxes are described at checkout and in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly allow. You may cancel according to the cancellation terms shown in your billing settings.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use as permitted by your plan.

Translation is automated and may contain errors. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
